What's Trade Alert?

Trade Alert is a free newsletter that delivers information and business leads which match product keywords and categories of your choice, directly to your email box. Set your Trade Alert subscription settings to get fresh business opportunities before your competitors.

How to subscribe to Trade Alert?

If you are already an VNemart Network  member, please sign in at My VNemart Network, go to Trade Leads page then click on Free Trade Alert link.

Follow the instructions to set up your Trade Alert preferences. Once you have completed the process, you will receive Trade Alerts by email as soon as new content matching your preferences is published online at VNemart Network.

If you are not yet an VNemart Network member, you are strongly recommended to join VNemart Network  and subscribe to Trade Alert located in My VNemart Network as described above. Or, if you choose to subscribe to Trade Alert as a non-member, please click Free Trade Alert in the navigation bar of Trade Leads, Products or Companies. Follow the instructions and complete the subscription process.

How to manage Trade Alert?

If you are subscribed as a member, please sign in at My VNemart Network, go to Trade Alert, and click Tradeleads Manage. Follow the intructions to modify your Trade Alert settings. You may also go to the "Manage Trade Alerts" page in My VNemart Network  by clicking the "Manage Trade Alerts Preferences" link in any of the Trade Alert emails you received at your registered email address.

If you are subscribed as a non-member, you can unsubscribe only by clicking the "Manage Trade Alerts Preferences" link in any of the Trade Alert emails you received at your registered email address.

How to unsubscribe from Trade Alert?

If you are subscribed as a member, please sign in at My VNemart Network, go to Trade Alert, and click Unsubscribe.

Simply follow the intructions to Unsubscribe. You may also unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any of the Trade Alert emails you received at your registered email address.

If you are subscribed as a non-member, you can unsubscribe only by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any of the Trade Alert emails you received at your registered email address.

Why am I not receiving Trade Alert?

Please check for the following possible causes:

1.Make sure that your registered email address is available.

2.If the keywords you subscribed to are too specific, we suggest you modify them to more general keywords.

3.Can you receive other emails from Vnemart Network? If not, our email address is possibly screened by your mail server.

4.Can you receive emails from other email servers? If not, there might be something wrong with your receive server.

5.Do you have enough space to receive our email? The size of trade alert is about 100K.

6.You are suggested to change the email address.

I received Trade Alert but cannot view it

Please contact Customer Service by sending us the Trade Alert you've received, and we will soon follow up.

Can I receive Trade Alert in text format?

Yes. To receive Trade Alert in Text format, simply set your Trade Alert email preference to "Text".
